DYIMS Field Update
Beginning May 15, there will be construction on the turf fields. We are excited for the repairs and upgrades to the already great fields at DYIMS. This means for the last two weeks of the season, we will pivot practices and games to the high school. During our first year of our program, all of our games were at the high school. Often these fields are labeled the best grass fields teams have ever played on. We are excited for the upgrades and only missing two weeks on the turf is nothing we are upset about. DY Youth Lacrosse
Dolphins Lacrosse fields separate boys and girls teams. We are in our fourth season. In 2024 we had over 140 players and 8 teams playing on the new turf fields at DYIMS. Go Dolphins!
Monthly Meeting
On the third Tuesday of the month from September to June, we hold a monthly meeting. It is brief and over Zoom. We will email families a Zoom link to join us. It is not a mandatory meeting. Think of it like a PTO meeting but if you show up, you will not leave with a position. We have a board and we are looking for some help in setting up a fun in season event, getting two of our teams to Nantucket for games, thinking of an end of the ear activity, maintaining a successful program and whatever else you have in mind. Hope you will make some time to spend with us!
